I specialize in Family Mediation - Separation and Divorce, Elder Mediation and in Workplace Conflict Resolution, Mediation and Training and would be happy to provide you with more information on each area. With my background in Human Resources and in the Mediation Field, I feel that I have a strong understanding of the issues we all face in our homes and in the workplace.
I have developed various Workplace Training courses and am also happy to tailor my training courses to your specific workplace. I have several Lunch’n’Learn Programs that I provide as a courtesy and which I believe will help your workforce, regardless of what your work is. in Family Mediation; Certificate (21 hours) in Screening for Domestic Violence and Power Imbalances; Certificate (21 hours) in Community Mediation Skills and Certificate (21 hours) in Restorative Justice as well as Worker Health & Safety Awareness and First Aid/CPR.
Enrolled in training to be completed by October 2016 - OAFM - Accreditation in Elder Mediation.
I currently serve as Mediation Case Coordinator and Training Coordinator with Community Justice Alternatives of Durham Region. I am a member of Alternative Dispute Resolution Institute of Ontario and of Ontario Association for Family Mediation.
